Product Return Conditions

A) General

If you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-contractual information form and the distance selling agreement provided to you.

Purchasers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

Shipping costs will be paid by the purchasers. (The Seller may cover the shipping fee if the specified sales amount is exceeded, and this amount may be revised at different times).

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, and other relevant documents, if applicable.

B) If the Price of the Purchased Product is Not Paid;

If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product within 2 days or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

C) Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product (Warranty Condition)

The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery; they shall not accept delivery of damaged or defective goods/services, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging, from the shipping company. The goods/services received shall be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

D) Right of Withdrawal:

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/institution at the address they have indicated, provided that they notify the SELLER via the following contact details (The product must not have been used in any way).

If the product you purchased through our website is defective or faulty, you must contact us via the WhatsApp support line on our page within 14 days of the delivery date at the latest.

At this point, the relevant shipping and return code information will be shared. Products that come in special bags cannot be returned if the bags are opened and the product is returned even though it has no defect or flaw!

When a defective product reaches our center, standard inspections and assessments must be carried out with the factory. If it is determined that the product does not have a manufacturing defect, we provide repair services for a service fee. In cases not caused by the user, we communicate with the factory to compensate and replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire product under warranty.

E) Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:

If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are based on the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
