Robotis Dream II Level 5
Robotis Dream II Level 5 education kit is a robotics kit designed for robotics learning and robotics education, suitable for individual or collective education/training. As a technology component in the STEM education method, it can be easily used in laboratory studies for primary and secondary school students.
DREAM II, the revised version of the DREAM series, consists of 5 different robot education kits. The DREAM II level 5 kit is the last kit in the DREAM II series and offers lessons with more complex and advanced examples for users who have worked on previous kits for robotics education. The level 5 kit consists of 12 lessons. Machine parts such as LEDs, and tracks are introduced in this kit and there are lessons focusing on energy conversion from scientific principles. In addition, with the DREAM II level 5 kit, you will realize that you have gained the necessary equipment to feel ready for robotics!
The DREAM II Level 5 education kit consists of 12 different lessons and a comprehensive program. These lessons are collected in a booklet and are included with the product. These 12 lessons and the robots subject to them are given below:

WARNING: In order to build the sample robots in DREAM II Level 5, you need to buy DREAM II level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 kits or DREAM II School Set and Dream II Level 4 kit! Dream 2 Level 5 is an additional package and cannot be used alone!
DREAM II Level 5 kit contains the following parts;
o Bluetooth module
o battery slot
o black robot strip
as well as intermediate elements such as rivets, plates, rollers, gears, etc.! Using the rivets in the kit, the elements can be mounted to the plates on both sides. This way the user can create different designs based on their own imagination.
Above; the qualified parts in the set are shown - the remaining rivets and plates are not shown!
The Level 5 kit has no electrical equipment in direct contact with the user and there is no need for soldering processes that can be dangerous for little ones. This way little inventors can work safely!
How are the topics explained in the ROBOTIS DREAM II Level 5?
- Learning the Principles: In this section, the basic info about the related scientific topic will be covered. The basics and short history of the topic are clarified for the reader with multiple-choice questions and simple examples.
- Building the Robot: This section shows how to assemble each part step by step, the order of assembly and its relationship with other parts.
- Moving the Robot: After the physical assembly of the robot is finished, the way the robot works is explained, and the flow chart is shown in a simple and simple way. Tables showing the motion characteristics of the robot are also available in this section.
- Problem-Solving: A specially designed problem is solved to test the understanding of the scientific principle of the robot described in the chapter.
- Realizing Your Own Modified Robot: This is the part where you create your unique robot by making some changes to the robot. The necessary steps are also given in detail here.
