Robotis DREAM II Level 2
Robotis Dream II Level 2 educational kit is a beginner-level robotics kit suitable for individual or collective education / training, designed for robotics learning and robotics education. It can be used as a technology component in STEM education methodology for primary and secondary school students.
DREAM II, the revised version of the DREAM series, consists of 5 different robotics education kits. The DREAM II level 2 kit you have examined, is a kit built on the knowledge and experience gained in Level 1 to enable the user to better understand the basics of robotics. With the Level 2 kit, you can better learn the basics of robotics, IR and microphone usage. The physics principles that the user will learn with Level 2 can be shown as speed, inertia, acceleration and compound force.
The DREAM II Level 2 training kit consists of 12 different lessons and a comprehensive program. These lessons are collected in a booklet and are included with the product. These 12 lessons and the robots subject to them are given below:

WARNING: In order to build the sample robots in DREAM II Level 2, you need to buy DREAM II level 1 or DREAM Level 1 (old set) or the DREAM II School Set Kit! Dream 2 Level 2 is an add-on pack and cannot be used alone!
DREAM II Level 2 kit contains;
o CM-150 main controller,
o gear motor
o the black robot strip to follow
o wheel
as well as intermediate elements such as rivets, brackets, plates, etc.! Using the rivets in the kit, the elements can be mounted to the plates on both sides. This way the user can create different designs based on their own imagination.

The Level 2 kit has no electrical equipment in direct contact with the user and there is no need for soldering processes that can be dangerous for little ones. This way little inventors can work safely!
How are the topics explained in the ROBOTIS DREAM II Level 2?
- Learning the Principles: In this section, the basic info about the related scientific topic will be covered. The basics and short history of the topic are clarified for the reader with multiple-choice questions and simple examples.
- Building the Robot: This section shows how to assemble each part step by step, the order of assembly and its relationship with other parts.
- Moving the Robot: After the physical assembly of the robot is finished, the way the robot works is explained, and the flow chart is shown in a simple and simple way. Tables showing the motion characteristics of the robot are also available in this section.
- Problem-Solving: A specially designed problem is solved to test the understanding of the scientific principle of the robot described in the chapter.
- Realizing Your Own Modified Robot: This is the part where you create your unique robot by making some changes to the robot. The necessary steps are also given in detail here.
